O'er The Peaks
And o'er the peaks of dreams I saw,
Countless lives that I could make
Long I stood my mind rubbed raw,
An inner search and soul to wake
'Twas with a shiver down my spine,
That worthy path could now be seen
Last forlorn look to others fine,
I took the way that few had been
And o'er the years and journey hence,
Some magic moments came to be
During the travels I could sense,
The road less taken become me
'Twas a choice made, no regrets shown,
Though often there are times I find
My mind returns to peaks unknown,
To wander lives I left behind
Countless lives that I could make
Long I stood my mind rubbed raw,
An inner search and soul to wake
'Twas with a shiver down my spine,
That worthy path could now be seen
Last forlorn look to others fine,
I took the way that few had been
And o'er the years and journey hence,
Some magic moments came to be
During the travels I could sense,
The road less taken become me
'Twas a choice made, no regrets shown,
Though often there are times I find
My mind returns to peaks unknown,
To wander lives I left behind
